You have an engineering degree, preferably in an industrial environment or are equivalent on the basis of your experience.
You wear personal safety and process safety paramount and you monitor continuous improvement. You have already built up a solid experience in this field.
You are a born people manager who can work with both workers and engineers, and you also have excellent leadership qualities.
You can adapt quickly in a changing environment depends on the production load.
You are always looking for improvement opportunities and know how to implement them in a proper and correct way.
Duties & Responsibilities
You organize and coordinate further activities and encourage developments in order to increase the production capacity and improve the product quality. You look closely on the continuous optimization of the entire production process.
You are in charge of a production team of more than 100 employees where you know how to coach and motivate.
In addition, you care of the communication and reporting to the management on the one hand and to your employees on the other to ensure optimal flow of information.
You are a member of the management team and reports directly to the Plant Manager.
You are responsible for the management, coordination and continuous improvement of the daily production so that the goals are achieved in terms of production volumes and quality.
Another main focus of this function is the human aspect. The Production Manager coaches and supports his team, and enables all employees to collaborate and communicate in an efficient way.
The Production Manager accompanies changes, treats absenteeism and conflicts.
