What you’d do:
Coordinate with our data teams to get fresh data for email campaigns
Schedule hundreds of emails to go out every day
Ensure there are no formatting, contact, or other errors that might hurt the campaign
Report back to the data team on bounced emails or with feedback on data
Setup notifications and be ready to reply to emails within 5 minutes
Update tracking sheets with data on how our campaigns are doing
Keep tabs on all the leads the clients you manage have in their pipeline
Schedule (or reschedule) calls between prospects and all stakeholders on our side
Ensure you follow up with leads until full client hand-off is done
Be on weekly calls with colleagues for strategies, feedback, and solutions
Work with our outreach manager to send out weekly progress reports to all clients
Make sure you’re always following process to the letter
Great written and verbal communication skills are a must. No exceptions.
