You’re the type of person who is result driven, that loves solving problems and can design and optimize campaigns which drive lead generation for our customers. You’re creative and versatile on the web and you can analyse the results of your ads in real time. You can effectively manage the paid search budget and work with the SEO and Marketing team in order to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and customers. You find and learn everything you need to excel within your role and seek out the latest innovations and opportunities to create action.

When you say “I’ll take care of it” we know it’ll be done well. You get excited when you have a problem to solve, data to analyze and when the messages get to the right audience at the right time and the investment pays off because you know and understand that all of that is only relevant if the end result is a signed contract for the company you represent. That’s the final mark and that’s the standard you measure yourself toward.

Developed an effective marketing strategy with clear steps for the next three months
Managed the process of building, optimizing, and expanding SEM campaigns, ad groups and keyword structure with Google Ads
Oversaw bidding strategies for keywords and established budgets for campaigns
Ensured high correlation between keywords, ad content and landing page content
Produced reports and analyzed both qualitative and quantitative PPC campaign performance and identified opportunities for continued optimization efforts
Ensured the alignment of marketing initiatives with the brand and corporate identity
Monitored and reported both qualitative and quantitative PPC campaign effectiveness and identified opportunities for continued optimization efforts
Stay current with Google Ads and SEO best practices

Here are some other things you might do:

Write emails, compelling offers, and landing pages to generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and appointments for sales teams
Launch optimized online advertisements through Google Ads to increase company and brand awareness
Identify powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic
Check the quality of the content for advertisements and coordinate with the technical support team in the process of placing them on webpages
Define, monitor and analyze KPIs to continually improve PPC campaigns
Use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics to monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the campaign
Monitor PPC trends, tools and best practices and share relevant information with the Marketing team

Characteristics that qualify you for the role:

You have an intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
You get your kicks from getting the best bang from every marketing dollar
Highly motivated and maintain high levels of productivity with limited supervision
Able to think creatively and innovatively
Have budget management skills. You know $1 CPC is 10x better than $1.7 CPC
Hold an analytical skill set, capable of forecasting and identifying trends and challenges
